“Our strength staff is among the best in the nation, in my opinion, and they have been working on us and getting extra workouts with us in the afternoon,” Johnson said. “Last year, it was a lot of instructional stuff. It was a brand-new staff and they were making sure we had a good technique. Now, it’s like, ‘Let’s do it the best we can.’”
