A BRIT woman has revealed her heartbreak after her Algerian toyboy husband was refused entry into the UK.

Denise Amraoui, 45, fell in love with farmer Mohamed Amraoui, 30, after advertising for a husband online – with the couple marrying after a six-month romance.

But the Birmingham woman said she was left in tears when her husband was refused entry into the UK.

Mohamed had applied for a European Economic Area family permit but was refused by an immigration judge who questioned the legitimacy of their relationship.

Denise is now fighting to have her husband live with her, telling Birmingham Live: “We’re a genuine married couple. I love my husband so much and he loves me.

“Neither of us have been married before and we built up a very good friendship which means more than just sex.”

The couple met online when Denise forked out a £40 annual subscription to advertise for a husband.

After chatting online for six months, the couple then married in Tunisia on October 3, 2017.

But despite applying for a visa, Denise said it had been refused by a judge who questioned the authenticity of their relationship.

She said the judge had even questioned the 15-year age gap between the couple.

Since then, Denise has flown to Algeria and Tunisia to see her husband five times.

She said she was now at her wit’s end after trying to prove her relationship was real.

The former escort said: “I’ve got horses at home, friends, a job and I don’t want to live in Algeria or Tunisia. It’s killing me, I’m sad, lonely, depressed.”

The Home Office said: “Mr Amraoui’s application was refused following consideration of the evidence provided.

“This decision has been backed up by an independent immigration judge.”
